Project award to freelancers or subcontractors
Due to the diversity and volume of our projects, we assign clearly defined tasks to qualified freelancers and subcontractors — worldwide. Applications are always made for an unknown project, as we are bound by confidentiality agreements with our clients.
How the application process works:
- Applications via our application form only — no emails. We ask for your qualifications and proof of experience, entirely independent of any specific project.
- After reviewing your application we will contact you. No response means your application has not reached us.
- A rejection is a professional decision — please accept it without further communication.
- Following a positive response we will ask whether we may retain your data in our freelancer pool — for suitable future projects and test tasks.
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience in structured programming — independent task structuring, clear English documentation, confident use of GitHub. References are mandatory and must be verifiable. Fake references are an immediate disqualifier.
- Advanced English in writing and speaking — English is the project language at all times.
- Transparent scope of work and cost calculation — clear task times and cost breakdowns.
- Completion of a paid test task: we provide a rough specification, you deliver a task list, effort estimate and cost calculation. If agreed, a contract is signed.
