Due to the diversity and volume of our projects, we assign clearly defined tasks to qualified freelancers and subcontractors \u2014 worldwide. Applications are always made for an unknown project, as we are bound by confidentiality agreements with our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How the application process works:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Applications via our application form only \u2014 no emails. We ask for your qualifications and proof of experience, entirely independent of any specific project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. After reviewing your application we will contact you. No response means your application has not reached us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. A rejection is a professional decision \u2014 please accept it without further communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Following a positive response we will ask whether we may retain your data in our freelancer pool \u2014 for suitable future projects and test tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    What we expect from you:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Proven experience in structured programming \u2014 independent task structuring, clear English documentation, confident use of GitHub. References are mandatory and must be verifiable. Fake references are an immediate disqualifier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Advanced English in writing and speaking \u2014 English is the project language at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Transparent scope of work and cost calculation \u2014 clear task times and cost breakdowns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Completion of a paid test task: we provide a rough specification, you deliver a task list, effort estimate and cost calculation. If agreed, a contract is signed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
